    AdmitOne Security Appoints BizDev VP


    Risk-based authentication software publisher AdmitOne Security reported Monday that it has hired Martin Yam as vice president of business development. In this role, AdmitOne explained, Yam will strive to expand the company's partner program, which currently includes Juniper Networks and First Data Corp. Prior to joining AdmitOne, Yam was vice president of worldwide sales for Arcot Systems Inc. AdmitOne said Yam has also served as vice president of sales and services at Questerra and ValiCert and has held executive and sales management positions at Oracle, Informix, Accrue Software, ParcPlace Systems and NeXT. AdmitOne is a privately owned, venture-backed company headquartered in the Seattle suburb of Issaquah, Wash.
