    Resolute Launches Software Unit


    Bellevue-based Resolution Solutions Corporation, a provider of business and technology consulting, said today that it has launched a new subsidiary focused on building Microsoft .NET software. According to Resolute Solutions, its new subsidiary, Kivati Software, will provide engineering, deployment, and management for application built on .NET. The firm's first software offering is Kivati Studio, which will manage deployment of Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 applications. The new software will be available for direct download from the firm's web site, and starts at $595.
