Amazon Adds Board Member

Seattle-based Amazon.com has added a new board member, Jamie S. Gorelick, to its board of directors, the firm disclosed this morning. Gorelick is a partner with law firm Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr LLP, and also has previously held a number of government positions. Amazon disclosed the new board appointment in filings this morning.
