Fans of Harry Potter can now read their favorite books on the Kindle Reader, Amazon.com said this morning, after the firm inked a deal with J. K. Rowling to distribute all of the seven books via Kindle devices and apps. Details on the deal were not disclosed by Amazon. Rowling is selling the books both through the Amazon.com site, as well as through her new site, Pottermore. The deal also includes distribution of foreign language versions of the books, on Amazon's worldwide Kindle sites. The deal is the first time the series has been made available on an electronic reader; fans have had to settle for the old fashioned stack of the Harry Potter series from Amazon.com's traditional bookstore until now.
