Seattle-based Boeing said this morning that it is acquiring Inmedius, a developer of software applications and services for managing and sharing information and learning content. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Inmedius becomes part of Boeing's Continental DataGraphics (CDG) business. Boeing said the acquisition will allow it to offer an expanded portfolio of technical services and solutions for aerospace, defense and manufacturing markets. Inmedius was headquarters in PIttsburgh, and had 75 employees.
