Seattle-based Radio Runt, the developer of a mobile app called Rallee, said today that it has raised $1M in a funding round. The firm said the funding came from Kenges Rakishev, a wealthy investor from Kazakhstan. Rallee said it is launching a new app for Android and Appl iOS, which allows users to create and communicate in groups. The communications tool lets users exchange voice and text, and also includes multilingual translation tools. The tool also includes features to find people nearby to chat with, topic-based groups, and ways to start up random chats.
