Symform Lands $3M From New Investor

Seattle-based Symform, the provider of cloud storage and backup which is headed by Matthew Schiltz, announced today that it has raised $3M in a strategic investment, from Second Century Ventures. Second Century Ventures is the venture capital fund of the National Association of REALTORS (NAR). Symform said the investment is on top of the $11M, Series B funding the company announced last year. Symform's other investors include Longworth Venture Partners, OVP Venture Partners, and WestRiver Capital. The NAR said that the investment came because Symform was a "great fit" to its investment portfolio and its members' need for cost-effective cloud data backup solutions. More information »
