Surefield Takes Aim At Zillow's Zestimate With New Tool

Seattle-based startup Surefield, founded by former Redfin co-founder David Eraker, is taking aim at Zillow with a new tool to help homeowners price their homes. Surefield said today that it has launched a new home pricing tool to help users better price their homes, based on comparable listings. The startup--which currently only lets users include Washington State addresses--helps homeowners price, market, and negotiate the sale of their homes, via an online, virtual 3D tour interface that the startup said can make it easier for homeowners to market their properties.
