GarageGames Acquired By IAC

Eugene, Oregon-based GarageGames, a firm creating game development tools, said today that the majority of the firm's equity has been acquired by IAC. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Garagegames provides tools to create action games using a Web browser. GarageGames' Torque Game Engine tools are used for creating titles for the Xbox 360, PC, Mac, and Wii.
