Giftango Is No More, As Acquiring Firm Changes Name

Portland-based digital gifting service Giftango is officially no more today, after Incomm, the company which acquired Giftango back in December has decided to rename the company. InComm said it will rename Giftango as InComm Digital Solutions, with Giftango's international subsidiary becoming InComm Europe. In a statement, Giftango's former CEO and current InComm GM David Nelsen said he name change came as the service has doubled the size of the team and "integrated" with InComm.
