![]() Thursday, July 20, 2006 Gilead To Acquire Corus Pharma For $365MGilead Sciences is acquiring Seattle-based Corus Pharma in a deal worth $365M, the firm said yesterday. Gilead said that it has agreed to exercise its option to acquire the firm, which is commercialization products for treating respiratory and infection diseases.
