Goodbye Infospace: Blucora Completes Deal To Sell Infospace To OpenMail

Bellevue-based Blucora said this morning that it has completed its sale of its Infospace business to OpenMail, in a deal that was worth $45M in cash. Blucora had announced the deal in early July. The deal comes four years after Infospace renamed itself Blucora, and started its move into the tax and financial software market.
