Seattle-based GridNetworks, a developer of a service for delivering streaming video to the Internet, has merged with New York City-based Global Media Services, the firms said Friday. Financial terms of the merger were not disclosed. Global Media Services is a provider of digital media services focused on live and on-demand video.
