Ground Truth Lands $7M

Seattle-based GroundTruth, a firm developing tools to measure mobile Internet usage, announced this morning that it has raised $7M in a Series B funding round. The round came from Emergence Capital partners, OPENAIR Ventures, Steamboat Ventures, and Voyager Capital. Kevin Spain of Emergence Capital Partners joins the company's board along with the funding.
