Seattle-based Hark, the online site which allows you to find and share sound bites from movies, TV shows, sporting events, political speeches, and elsewhere, said Monday that it is dangling a big carrot to attract employees to the firm. The company said it will provide $6,000 and an iPad for any referral of an employee to the company. Referral fees are good for anyone who refers a future employee to the company, but does require that candidates get hired within four months of the referral. Hark is headed by David Aronchick.
