HasOffers Invests In MobileAds

Seattle-based HasOffers said today that it has invested in MobileAds, a developer of mobile advertising creation tools. Financial terms of the investment were not disclosed. HasOffers said the investment is its first, strategic investment in another company. HasOffers is led by Peter Hamilton. MobileAds is based in Malaysia.
