HomePipe Streams iTunes To Android

Seattle-based HomePipe Networks, a startup headed by Chris Hopen, said today that it has rolled out a new service which allows users to stream their iTunes music to any Android phone or device. The firm said that its service--a combination of a PC or Mac application and a Android app--allows users to stream audio and other content from their home network, from any Windowos PC or Apple Mac. HomePipe also said the software works with home photos, videos, and other files. HomePipe said the service is free, although the firm does offer a premium version of its application for the iPhone.
