Seattle-based Hubspan, which develops cloud-based business integration software, has been acquired by an Atlanta company, Liaison Technologies. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced by the company. Liaison Technologies provides cloud-based integration and data management services. Hubspan was headed by Trisha Gross. The companies said that the Seattle office will remain open after the acquisition.
