HyperQuality Acquired By Spoken Communications

Seattle-based HyperQuality, which provides third party quality assurance and other services for contact centers, has been acquired by Spoken Communications, Spoken said Monday. Financial details of the deal were not disclosed. The two said that HyperQuality was advised by First Hill Partners in the deal. HyperQuality's technology will be integrated into Spoken's contact center platform.
