Icertis Gets $15M For Contract Management Software

Bellevue-based Icertis, a developer of cloud-based, contract lifecycle management software, has raised $15M in a Series B, according to the company today. The funding was led by Ignition Partners, and also included Greycroft Partners and Fidelity Growth Partners India. The company has now raised $21M in total. John Connors of Ignition Partners joins the company's board with the funding. Icertis is led by Samir Bodas. More information »
