    ICMobil Names Executive


    IntelliCheck Mobilisa Inc. reported Tuesday that Rick Sykes has joined the company as director of government business development. The Port Townsend, Wash.-based business, which manufactures handheld identity and wireless devices for military and commercial uses, said Sykes' chief duties will comprise establishing and maintaining business relationships with the military and various government agencies. Sykes, ICMobil said, will also manage the government sales force for its Defense ID product line and for its new Transportation Worker Identity Credential reader. ICMobil described Sykes as a U.S. Navy veteran with more than 25 years of sales and business development experience, including stints with Eid Passport, Holocom Networks, Netaccess and Tylink.
