Bellevue, Washington-based iConclude has been acquired by Opsware, in a deal worth approximately $54M in cash and stock. Opsware said this morning that it is in a definitive agreement to acquired iConclude, a developer of software for automating IT processes. The deal includes $30M in cash and 3.39M shares of Opsware common stock. According to Opsware, it intends to retain almost all of iConclude's employees as part of the deal.
