ID Experts Finds $5M To Respond To Data Breaches

Portland-based ID Experts, a provider of services to those in the healthcare and medical industry to help in responding to data breaches, has raised $5M in additional Series A funding, the company said last week. The funding came from BlueCross BlueShield Venture Partners and the Sandbox Advantage Fund. ID Experts provides data breach response services for organizations, particularly in thehealth insurance area. Tom Hawes of Sandbox Industries joins the company's board with the funding. Bob Gregg is CEO of ID Experts.
