Ignition Leads Investment In ScaleXtreme

Seattle-based Ignition Partners is the lead investor in a round for cloud systems management firm ScaleXtreme. According to ScaleXtreme, it just received an $11M, Series B investment led by Ignition's Frank Artale. ScaleXtreme's software is used to manage the deployment of systems on Amazon EC2, VMware, and other cloud services. Artale now sits on the ScaleXtreme's board. Accel Partners also invested in ScaleXtreme as part of the round. More information »
