Bellevue-based InfoSpace said Monday that it has named John E. Cunningham, IV, as Chairman of its board. Cunningham is a general partner at Clear Fir Partners, and has served on InfoSpace's board since July of 1998. InfoSpace said the move comes as a result of the firm's efforts to name an independent director as Chairman of the company.
