Bellevue-based InfoSpace said Tuesday that it has named a new member to its board of directors. The company said that Andrew (Andy) M. Snyder has joined its board, and will also head up a new mergers and acquisitions committee of the board. Snyder is CEO of Cambridge Information Group (CIG), a management and investment firm which is a large shareholder of InfoSpace. InfoSpace said CIG is increasing its investment in the firm to 4.8 percent of its outstanding shares.
