Infratel, a provider of call center software for small and mid sized businesses, said Friday that it has set up shop in Seattle. The firm said that Seattle will serve as the firm's North America headquarters, headed by Jim Southwell. Infratel is based in Europe, and develops call routing, interactive voice response (IVR), and related software to companies.
