Inner Fence Buys AppNinjas

Seattle-based Inner Fence, a software development firm developing credit card processing applications for the Apple market, said today that it--along with firm Merchant Focus Processing--is acquiring San Francisco-based AppNinjas, maker of the Swipe Credit Card Terminal for iPhone application. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. The firms said that they will be rolling out integrated retail hardware, which will allow both iPhone and iPod touch devices to accept retail, swiped credit card payments.
