Integra Telecom Names Wachter COO

Portland-based Integra Telecom announced Thursday that it has promoted Steve Wachter to Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Wachter was most recently SVP of Integra Telecom of Minnesota and North Dakota. Integra said Wachter is now based in Portland, reporting to CEO Dudley Slater. Wachter has also previously served at Eschelon.
