Intellicheck Mobilisa Names COO

Port Townsend, Washington-based Intellicheck Mobilisa said this morning that it has named William H. Roof, Ph.D., as its Chief Operating Officer. The developer of identification software, hardware, and related products said that Roof had been its Senior Vice President and Chief Scientist between May 2009 to April 2011. Since then, he was at TechFlow, and also has served at IntelliDOT, the United States Navy, Cardinal Health, Lear Siegler, and Litton Industries.
