Port Townshend, Washington-based Intellicheck Mobilisa reported Wednesday that the firm has entered into a patent settlement with Tricom Card Technologies. Intellicheck had sued TriCom for patent infringement over machine reading of driver licenses and other identification cards. According to Intellicheck Mobilisa, Tricom has agreed to a license agreement with the firm, and acknowledged Intellicheck Mobilisa's patents. Financial terms of the settlement were not disclosed.
