![]() Thursday, June 21, 2007 Intermec Names Danner VP of EngineeringIntermec Technologies Inc., a manufacturer of identification and tracking equipment, announced Wednesday that it has hired Phil Danner as its vice president of engineering. Intermec said Danner, who joins the company after 15 years with General Electric, succeeds Mike Abel, who is now Intermec's vice president of program management. Intermec added that Danner's most recent title with General Electric was vice president of engineering, global signaling, for GE’s transportation division. Headquartered in Everett, Wash., Intermec Technologies manufactures radio frequency identification chips, mobile computing and data collection systems, bar code printers and label media. posted on Thursday, June 21, 2007
