Isilon Wins Document Management Provider

Seattle-based Isilon reports this morning that the firm has signed on Archive Systems, a provider of online data and document storage services, as a customer. Impact of the win was not disclosed. According to Isilon, Archive Systems has deployed it scale out storage services to power an on-demand, software-as-a-service offering for electronic records and document archiving. Isilon said that Archive Systems is using its X-Series products for storing file-based data.
