Itron, Sunrun Extend Solar Monitoring Deal

Liberty Lake, Washington-based smart meter maker Itron said yesterday that it has extended a deal it has with solar power provider Sunrun, to enhance a solar monitoring deal it has with Sunrun. Financial details of the deal were not disclosed. Itron said that Sunrun will use its Itron Total Solar offering, which production measurement and managed services for solar photovoltaic (PV) generation. Itron will manage all day-to-day solar monitoring for Sunrun's systems.
