Janrain Snags $27M For Identity Management Software

Portland-based Janrain, the developer of customer identity management software led by Larry Drebes, said Wednesday that it has raised $27M in a Series D funding round. The funding was led by HighBar PArtners, and also included Millennium Technology Value Partners, Split Rock Partners, Epic Ventures, Emergence Capital, RPM Ventures and DFJ Frontier. The company said the funding will go towards enhancing its data analytics capabilities. HighBar's John Kim joins the company's board with the new funding.
