    Jive Gets Win With Electronics Distributor


    Portland-based Jive, a developer of enterprise social networking software, said today that it has been selected by electronics distributor Premier Farnell. Jive said that the firm will use it software to power a online community for electronic design engineering, element14. Financial impact of the customer win was not disclosed. Jive develops business collaboration and social networking tools, and is backed by venture firm Sequoia Capital.
