Jive Partners With Social Intelligence Firm
Portland-based Jive Software is in a partnership with a developer of social intelligence software, Networked Insights. According to the firms, Jive is using Networked Insights' technology to allow its clients to get a real-time view into companies, products, and topics being discussed on communities. Networked Insights operates a service which monitors social networking sites, blogs, forums, and other Internet services for opinions on companies and brands. Financial details of the partnership were not disclosed. Jive said that the partnership will provide a more accurate measurement of engagement of people using its community tools. Jive is a provider of collaboration and social networking tools for companies.
