Portland-based Jive reported last night that it has launched a social networking site for National Journal Group, targeted at members of Congress and their staff. Jive said it is powering 3121, a social collaboration site named after Capital Hill switchboard extention 3121, which is targeted at providing collaboration tools and contact information for congress and their staffers. Financial impact of the win was not disclosed.
