Portland, Oregon-based KC Distance Learning, a provider of online education, said Tuesday that it has acquired the assets of Aventa Learning. Financial terms were not disclosed. Arizona-based Aventa Learning provides online learning content and services for the K-12 educational market, including foreign language and Advanced Placement courses.
