    Kentrox Installs Cremona as CEO, Director


    Kentrox Inc., a manufacturer of automated network maintenance and control devices for mobile service providers and large businesses, reported Tuesday that it has hired Richard S. Cremona as chief executive officer and appointed him to the company's board of directors. The Hillsboro, Ore.-based business described Cremona as a 20-year veteran of the telecommunications industry who has held executive positions with AT&T, Lucent Technologies, Sprint and, most recently, Openwave. Kentrox also announced that its board of directors has named Charlie Vogt as chairman. Vogt, who is president and CEO of GENBAND, has served as a Kentrox board member for the past 18 months.
