KIXEYE Sets Up Shop In Portland, Ramps Hiring Plans

Online combat strategy game maker KIXEYE said this morning that it is setting up shop in Portland, to tap into the talent base of the area--plus take advantage of the region's growing Silicon Forest technology community. KIXEYE said it is opening up an office in the historic downtown district, where it plans to grow to as many as 20 employees by the end of the year. KIXEYE said it has a number of open positions in customer support in the location, and has actively begun to recruit local talent. The company cited the talent base, qualify of life, and business advantages for the decision to open the new office in Portland. KIXEYE is known for such titles as Backyard Monsters, War Commander, Battle Pirates, and VEGA Conflict.
