Portland-based Klassic, a firm focused on gourmet cuisine, has raised $500,000 in a funding round, according to a recent regulatory filing by the firm. Klassic is headed by Miguel A. Mendez. The firm, in a profile listing for the OTBC, says it is "all about making gourmet cuisine convenient and portable". More information »
