Seattle-based Knouen Technologies said Monday that it has released new software for connecting Oracle Siebel CRM and Microsoft Outlook systems. Knouen said that its new software, OfficeSync for Siebel, connects information in Siebel's customer relationship management software with Microsoft Outlook email servers. The firm said that its product exposes Siebel data directly in Microsoft Outlook, and allows Microsoft Office content to be added to Siebel.
