    Kryptiq Acquires Secure Network Solutions


    Portland, Oregon-based Kryptiq, a publisher of health care communication software, announced Tuesday that it has acquired Secure Network Solutions, a developer of security applications for businesses. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Kryptiq said its Connect IQ Platform contains several integrated components from Secure Network Solutions, including administrative workflow tools such as automated appointment reminders, waitlist management and electronic billing statements. Kryptiq added that the integration of Secure Network Solutions' offerings with Kryptiq's portfolio will help streamline administrative tasks for customers. Secure Network Solutions is also headquartered in Portland, Ore.
