    Kryptiq Selected By Health Provider


    Portland, Oregon-based Kryptiq said Thursday that the firm's healthcare software has been selected by MedStar Health, a nonprofit, community-based health system in serving the Baltimore/Washington region. Financial size of the deal were not disclosed. MedStar will use Kryptiq's products to allow patients to provide personal health updates to physicians. Kryptiq said the firm's CareManager service will be used to enable providers to assess the health of patients with chronic conditions. Kryptiq is venture backed by the Oregon Investment Fund (OIF), Shelter Capital Partners, SmartForest Ventures and Voyager Capital.
