Leanplum, a startup out of TechStars Seattle developing mobile optimization and testing tools, has raised $825,000 in an angel funding, the firm said today. The funding round came from TechStars, Kima Ventures, VoiVoda Ventures, as well as angels. Leanplum is now based in San Francisco, but was part of TechStars Seattle in Fall 2012.
