Bellevue, Washington-based Ascentium Corporation and Portland, Oregon-based Centerlogic announced Tuesday that Ascentium has acquired Centerlogic. Ascentium is a technology and marketing consulting firm, and CenterLogic is a systems integrator and Microsoft partner. Financial terms were not disclosed. Both companies serve local companies with system integration and consulting.
