    Marchex, Citysearch In Content and Ad Deal


    Seattle-based Marchex and local city information site Citysearch said today that the two are in a partnership to distribute content through Marchex. The firms said that Citysearch will provide marchex with content for its local network, including advertisements from Citysearch local advertisers. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Citysearch is owned by Barry Diller's IAC.
