Seattle-based Marchex and Fox's Latin America Channels division announced today that the companies are in a partnership to develop a set of Spanish-language web sites. Fox will provide local content and community features to the web sites, which Marchex recently acquired. According to Marchex, Fox will provide videos, forums, blogs, personal home pages, and photo albums for the sites. Marchex paid $10M in cash for over 100 Web sites, from two separate parties. The sites include fotos.com, futbol.com, cocina.com, salud.com, mascotas.com, deportes.com, and others.
