Marchex Adds Conversion Tracking Tools

Seattle-based Marchex said this week that it has added new conversion tracking and reporting tools to its pay per click advertising networks. The new services allow advertisers to track sales, leads, signups, and other metrics. The firm has also updated its reporting tools for its advertisers.
